Procedure (from Austria)

- XO owners will contact the repair center and state their problem

- members of the repair center will assess the problem and contact the XO owner

- XO owner will ship XO to Innsbruck if necessary:

You then have to either provide my phone number (+43 660 6854459) or my e-Mail (thomas@unterhauser.org), so that the post office informs us as soon as the laptop is there.

- any parts needed will be provided by the repair center (if possible)

- fixed XOs will be tested for functionality

- repaired XOs will be shipped back to their owners

Procedure (Europe)

- XO owners and XO libraries (Bayern and South Tyrol) will contact the repair center and state their problem

- members of the repair center will assess the problem and contact the XO owner

- XO owner will ship XO to Innsbruck if necessary: delivery information will be provided by AlpXO

- any parts needed will be provided by the repair center (if possible)

- fixed XOs will be tested for functionality

- repaired XOs will be shipped back to their owners

First success

Our first delivered XO had a broken NAND and could not start properly.

AlpXO installed a new operating system on SD-card and solved the problem in no time! :)
