We have as an objective the deployment of the OLPC program in all the public primary schools in the Philippines as an immediate goal. We are open to work with interested private schools to deploy an OLPC program on the condition this is fully funded by the school or its donor sponsor.
EKindling Incorporated was registered at the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission as a non-profit corporation on May 21, 2010. eKindling continues to collaborate closely with local government units and corporate and individual benefactors on several OLPC deployments. Recently, EKindling was engaged by Procter and Gamble (P&G) as ICT for Education Program Design Provider via P&G's e.Studyante program [http://depedmanila. blogspot.com/2012/03/estudyante-program-2012.html]. These collaborative efforts have inspired similar OLPC initiatives nationwide.

* [[PCOLPC|COFP]]
At the same time, we will seek to help groups to start similar OLPC deployments in other 9 ASEAN (Association of South East Asian Nations) member countries. These countries are Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam. At the moment there are existing groups in Cambodia and Malaysia.
Formerly the Philippine Collaborators for OLPC (PCOLPC), the group have merged with the CHILD (Children Helping in Information and Learning & Development) OLPC Foundation Philippines (COFP). COFP was registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission as a non-profit corporation on August 17, 2009. A key partner of COFP is Stimulus Capital Ideas, a cross border investment group headed by Charles Chen which specialises on Australian investments to the Philippines. A recent project is the partnership with the Kiwanis Club International in a pilot with three public schools in the Antipolo, Rizal province. Current efforts are being made to establish similar projects in other part of the country as well as in other member countries of ASEAN.
