these 2 links show just the english content, not in the local languages

http://www.laptop.org/es/laptop/software/ and
http://www.laptop.org/zh-CN/laptop/software/

:oops. Forgot to ever $gettext the strings in that page template. Should be all set now. --Walter 18:36, 4 April 2007 (EDT)

Addition to the page index?
I added translation (PO) files for the Greek language. However, these are not listed automatically in the header, in
<pre>

</pre>
I added both categories.
Do I need to create some other page as well?

: Great! I've added them. It's a manual process, that is done by following the <tt>+/-</tt> in the source page. BTW, the version number must be the number that appears in the source that you started from. When that page is modified, you just have to follow the "" link () and will show the differences from the version you started from. (Don't forget to update that number when you synchronize ;)
: You can read more about how we are doing multilingual in the Translating page, and also a How-To example, as the wiki pages are a bit 'trickier' than the PO's. Cheers & welcome! --Xavi 10:43, 2 July 2007 (EDT)

PO format

just noticed the double comment w/ prefix (#en msgstr | #es msgstr)... isn't that a bit confusing piece of clarification? Addition to the page index?

I added translation (PO) files for the Greek language. However, these are not listed automatically in the header, in

I added both categories. Do I need to create some other page as well?

Great! I've added them. It's a manual process, that is done by following the +/- in the source page. BTW, the version number must be the number that appears in the source that you started from. When that page is modified, you just have to follow the "changes" link (αλλαγές) and will show the differences from the version you started from. (Don't forget to update that number when you synchronize ;)
You can read more about how we are doing multilingual in the Translating page, and also a How-To example, as the wiki pages are a bit 'trickier' than the PO's. Cheers & welcome! --Xavi 10:43, 2 July 2007 (EDT)
