The schedule for the Jam is under construction, and locations and details will be filled in as the Jam grows nearer.
Wednesday, August 1
- 9am - attendees arrive; mingling, getting settled
- 10:30am - Kickoff! Work begins.
- 6-6:30pm - Dinner (bring your own food), 2-min stand-up presentations by teams on progress
- Midnight - Hot Chocolate break (...lemonade, tea, coffee also available for non-chocolate fans)
Thursday, August 2
- 11am - Teams begin setting up their test rooms
- 1pm - Judges (local schoolchildren and teachers) arrive
- 1-1:30pm - Judges orientation (judges only)
- 1:30-2pm - Judging kickoff (all attendees)
- 2-4pm - Judging! Teams free to watch or mingle, or attend other Open Space events
- 4-4:30pm - Votes and counting (judges only)
- 4-4:30pm - Feedback session (attendees only)
- 4:45pm - Final ceremonies: Announcement of winners, presentation of prizes
- 5pm - Done!
