MUST Criteria
- MUST be able to safely upgrade a number of times (from existing 650 systems). (jg)
SHOULD Criteria
- SHOULD preserve customization information such as date, time, and language settings. (jg)
- In particular, try on a spanish-language system, check the date and time, check that x starts, check that the library front page comes up. (cscott)
