The addition of the gigantic flow chart has moved all of the text to the bottom of the table of contents. This makes the page appear to be blank. Unless someone know to click on the table of contents links on the right, they won't see any of the text.

I would strongly suggest you either remove the flow chart or put it at the bottom and refer to it using a link at the top.
