This is a Repair center beta test (main contact person is Thomas Unterhauser).

Procedure (from Austria)
- XO owners and XO libraries (Bayern and South Tyrol) will contact the repair center and state their problem
- Members of the repair center will assess the problem and contact the XO owner
- XO owner will ship XO to Innsbruck:
* Pickup.Paket * Postfiliale 6020 * z. Hd. Hr. Thomas Unterhauser * Südtirolerplatz 5-7, 6020 Innsbruck
* You then have to either provide my phone number (+43 660 6854459) or my e-Mail, so that the post office informs me as soon as the laptop is there
- any parts needed will be provided by the repair center (if possible)
- fixed XOs will be tested for functionality
- XO owner will have a prepaid shipping label sent to the repair center
- repaired XOs will be shipped back to their owners
