We reached an agreement to distribute another 200,000 XOs to children in Peru this month, which will expand upon the work they are already doing with 350,000 students in every province.
We have also begun a new project with 60,000 in Argentina's La Rioja province, as part of a major national drive towards olpc and connectivity. | |||

We broke new ground in Afghanistan this month with a broad partnership between government and international aid groups, helping us reach a major school in Kandahar. Over 3,500 Afghan children now have their own OLPC.
We are still accepting applications for our Internship and OLPCorps programs, for this summer and the following year. | ||||||
