TamTam suit seems to be the difficult case. cjl says there is a branch from alsroot with localization improvements.

Considerations for coding:

• add backwards compat with old toolbar
• check if the share tool button is needed

Below is a list of the activities shipped in 11.2.0 that don't use new toolbars (look here for activities with "no" in "has new toolbar?" column). I checked how difficult it is to change the design, and if work has been started.
