I used the template and it is working. I see data I introduced automatically being extracted and appear on certain pages. I expected automatically a OLPC_Country page to be created as well. But apparently that has to be done separately, correct? Thy --[[User:SvenAERTS|SvenAERTS]] 14:23, 20 February 2012 (UTC)

== How to change the country name introduced in this template into a standard short names of countries by ISO? ==
I ran into this problem because I'm in a team working on a deployment in Guinea. Only there are 3 countries using Guinea:
# The Republic of Guinea or Guinea=ISO standard short name
# The Republic of Guinea-Bissau or Guinea-Bissau=ISO standard short name
# The Republic of Equatorial Guinea or Equatorial Guinea=ISO standard short name
# The Independent State of Papua New Guinea or Papua New Guinea=ISO standard short name

Unfortunately I started using the official name of Guinea and now I can't delete that page I've made and changing the country name is not possible apparently. Help! Thy--[[User:SvenAERTS|SvenAERTS]] 15:55, 20 February 2012 (UTC)

Template to add an OLPC_Country page?

I used the template and it is working. I see data I introduced automatically being extracted and appear on certain pages. I expected automatically a OLPC_Country page to be created as well. But apparently that has to be done separately, correct? Thy --SvenAERTS 14:23, 20 February 2012 (UTC)

How to change the country name introduced in this template into a standard short names of countries by ISO?

I ran into this problem because I'm in a team working on a deployment in Guinea. Only there are 3 countries using Guinea:

  1. The Republic of Guinea or Guinea=ISO standard short name
  2. The Republic of Guinea-Bissau or Guinea-Bissau=ISO standard short name
  3. The Republic of Equatorial Guinea or Equatorial Guinea=ISO standard short name
  4. The Independent State of Papua New Guinea or Papua New Guinea=ISO standard short name

Unfortunately I started using the official name of Guinea and now I can't delete that page I've made and changing the country name is not possible apparently. Help! Thy--SvenAERTS 15:55, 20 February 2012 (UTC) PS I'm going to make a new one now.--SvenAERTS 15:55, 20 February 2012 (UTC)

Where to put a reference to the use of the standard short names of countries by ISO instead of the official names?
