The purpose of this 'portal' is two-fold:
- Unclutter the main pages from all the text
- Give some initial general/overall structure that will allow or guide the organization of the wiki itself.
Note: Each of these 'blocks' should be an independent page whose summary (via <noinclude> would be transparently included here.
