== RMA information ==

Perhaps there should be some information on what you should have ready when you request an RMA. I just spent about an hour on hold, only to find out that I was going to need a "CSN number" from the box or the inside of the battery compartment in order to get the RMA. If I'd known in advance, I could have written that information down. Given how swamped the phone lines seem to be right now, it might help to avoid some unproductive calls like mine. --[[dragonfrog]]
