OpenVista CIS is a rewrite of CPRS in C#, using GTK# as the UI toolkit.

It is freely available under the MSPL.

Now available under the GPL. Source is available herehere

Are the licenses for C# and GTK# compatible with the OLPC requirements? Probably.
