CPRS Alternative OpenVista CIS
OpenVista CIS is a rewrite of CPRS in C#, using GTK# as the UI toolkit.
This has just become a viable alternative, now that MedSphere has dropped the MSPL MedSphere Public License, and it is now available under the GPL. Source is available here.
Are the licenses for C# and GTK# compatible with the OLPC requirements? Probably.
