This repair center is only active during the school year.

Beta Test Repair Center

Introduction

This is a Repair center beta test run by the Olin university chapter (main contact person is Nikki Lee). The initial brainstorming for the Olin repair center can be found at Olin university chapter/Repair center. This pilot is being run loosely in conjunction with 1cc.

Process

1. XO owners will contact the repair center and state their problem
2. Members of the repair center will assess the problem and contact the XO owner
3. XO owner will ship XO to Olin (address will be provided by repair center contact)
   1. any parts needed will be purchased by the XO owner and shipped to Olin
4. the XO and parts will be cataloged by the repair center and XOs will be repaired with parts ordered by their owners
   1. note: make sure that parts do not get mixed up!
   2. fixed XOs will be tested for functionality
5. XO owner will have a prepaid shipping label sent to the repair center
6. repaired XOs will be shipped back to their owners
