Why a big red sign?

I'm going to put the Big Red HTML Stop Sign template back (preserving SJ's text of "Note" vs "Warning") because of the concern I've heard - and have - about the draft template not being noticeable, and draft pages subsequently being interpreted as fact by outsiders (including deployments we're supporting). I believe it needs to be patently obvious that a page is a draft - hence the big red thing that's more or less impossible to miss. Mchua 15:18, 19 November 2008 (UTC)
