The spanish translation is currently "Una Laptop por Niño" (ULPN) which is correct, but I prefer "Una Laptop Por Chico" (ULPC) - just one character difference from the 'official' OLPC. |

Why not seeing OLPC as GNU-like recursive Acronym?
- GNU → GNU's Not Unix
- OLPC → OLPC Linux Personal Computer

Spanish version
The spanish translation is currently "Una Laptop por Niño" (ULPN) which is correct, but I prefer "Una Laptop Por Chico" (ULPC) - just one character difference from the 'official' OLPC.
Not using a word with ñ is both a pro and a con; it can be typed using any latin keyboard, but using it would be a nice way to 'present' that unique character to spanish... Comments? --Xavi 21:26, 5 January 2007 (EST)
