Mako -- can you be around to help out there? We should do a presence test to see how well the XOs can see one another, since every station will have people wondering where the other XOs are. [Daf, would you be in that early?]
  • noon : bring the machines back to 1CC, grab Robert, Chuck, and others in the office who haven't learned how to demo their machines, and give them a walkthrough (and a "how to give a 5-min demo" talk) as well.
  • 2pm : talk any presenters who haven't been in Cambridge yet through which activities they are presenting and their exact schedules. Last-minute reqs for people to fill in on Tue.
  • take 15 preselected! machines and upgrade them to 703, with help from Mel
