Sunday

Adam Holt and Kim Quirk came to the ILXO office for the Support gang conference call
Dinner with some local OLPC volunteers (mostly from IMSA) afterwards

Monday

Office setup and getting ready for the open house; contacting local volunteers, groups, companies, etc.
Electronics workbench assembly (we have a mini-lab!) - also, Ccarrick built a voltage regulator

Tuesday

Warehousing with Adam and the ILXO crew, + Nancy from MVCC - got 20 RMA'd laptops, 15 broken ones to repair
