XO Repair Center Tyrol - AlpXO

Introduction

This is a Repair center beta test (main contact person is Thomas Unterhauser).

Process

1. XO owners and XO libraries (Bayern and South Tyrol) will contact the repair center and state their problem
2. Members of the repair center will assess the problem and contact the XO owner
3. XO owner will ship XO to Innsbruck (address will be provided by repair center contact)
   1. any parts needed will be purchased by the XO owner and shipped to Innsbruck
4. the XO and parts will be cataloged by the repair center and XOs will be repaired with parts ordered by their owners
   1. note: make sure that parts do not get mixed up!
   2. fixed XOs will be tested for functionality
5. XO owner will have a prepaid shipping label sent to the repair center
6. repaired XOs will be shipped back to their owners
