Disappointing welcome page

... for being one of the first countries having achieved a 100% OLPC XO-XS roll-out, I'm disappointed nobody of the OLPC Uruguay community take the time to make this welcome page a bit more appealing. Why would they need to? They have 100% deployment. If you care so much for accurate data, you should contact them and get it. --Quozl 22:29, 1 November 2013 (UTC)

e.g. because OLPC and the olpc community are very small; too small to have people scattered over numerous websites, collaboratives spaces, 30 email/discussion groups, why make it difficult-decentralized if it can be centralized; e.g.to give back to the olpc community, help build and reinforce it. To foster the spreading of the project.
