WEP

Does not show up in neighborhood until you attempt to connect to another WAP (e.g. at a neighbors house). The Trendnet then immediately shows up, and you can connect to it instead. Is on channel 9, maybe 1,6,11 would work better.

G1G1 Tested WEP 128-bit PSK with 1.2.17 firmware (XO builds 650, 653), WPA2 CCMP PSK with 2.0.10 firmware (on build joyride-1500). Saw occasional failures to connect. When switching from WEP to WPA2, had to wipe out /home/olpc/.sugar/default/nm/networks.cfg, use the Wpa.sh script, and reboot. Working fine now.
