About

Sugar is the core of the OLPC Human Interface. Its goal is to turn the Laptop into a fun, easy to use, social experience that promotes sharing and learning.

Sugar is currently under heavy development, and is meant to be used by developers. There are no binary packages yet available. The easiest way to build Sugar from sources is to use sugar-jhbuild.

Hacking

Marco wrote a quick tutorial on how to make your own Sugar Activity. Dan has some docs up on the Presence Service DBus API. There is also a page that describes Activity Bundles. You can also get some information about measuring the Sugar Performance.
