- WebServices for Education (WSE) is an independent educational ICT services and consulting company. The team has been deeply involved in learning technologies and “digital schools” since 2003. We began to focus on Virtual Learning Environments (VLE) when the concept was still in its infancy, and have since been steadily honing our skills on major projects concerning three interrelated facets of ICT in Education : tools and solutions for schools, portals and digital learning resources. Our resulting 360° perspective covers the field’s technical, operational, pedagogical and economic aspects, and is a major advantage for the conduct of large-scale operations in a complex ecosystem. For the BETT Show 2014, we present 2 open source solutions : ONE for primary schools and the Open ENT approach for secondary education.

- Bright Process is a Linux and Open Source Consultancy and Engineering company based in the south east of England. “My name is Andy Singleton, and Bright Process is my company. I am an engineer with over 20 years of IT experience; about 14 of those years with GNU/Linux and the various pieces of Open Source software that come with it. Red hat qualified. BP was realized because I realized two simple facts: People seemed to appreciate the way I worked, and there was more work in the market than I could do alone. Bright Process embodies my drive to implement Linux solutions with these key features: To do it well, and to exceed my clients expectations. I’m told that both I and my company manage to do this well. My dream is that my engineers will hold on to that same spirit and drive as we move into the future.” Read more: http://www.bettshow.com/page.cfm/Action=exhibList/ListID=1/loadSearch=414021_1593#ixzz2qfOFvzbR
