PURPOSE

wixi will enable wiki texts to "get twext", providing users
with an interface to create and share comprehensible input
and maybe make it a little easier to learn languages.

demand to learn English worldwide grows intense; learning 
languages creates a plethora of opportunities for people..
problem: many people have a hard time with language methods.

solution: promote systems that help people improve methods:
wixi proposes system help us freely improve language methods.
