Howdy, Duke. Hope the eyebeam app went well - before I start replying in a torrential flood to all your patiently waiting emails, I thought you'd get a kick out of this: Talk:Localization#Translate_icon. Mchua 05:51, 14 August 2007 (EDT)

WiXi
Hi, I was looking at the WiXi page a few weeks ago (Aug?) and I got the impression that it was an abandoned project. At first view I wasn't too impressed, but I've been thinking about language learning a lot recently, and I was wrong. I've been lurking in a spanish speaking OLPC channel on IRC and have spent some decent amount of time going back and forth with Google Translate. I realize now how useful this could be for me, not to mention how useful for children.
How is your project organized now? Working alone? A Google Code repo? Have you talked about it on any of our mailing lists? I bet that more people would like to get involved. *I* would like to get involved if I have time. Seth 18:48, 28 September 2008 (UTC)
