Disassembly and reassembly
Tools:
- \#1 Phillips screwdriver
- 3/8"? 8mm? open end wrench or needle-nose pliers
- Make sure XO is unplugged.

- Remove battery

- Open computer to upright position

- Turn screen sideways
- (pic: screen turned to allow access to screws)
- Remove two screws on bottom of body.

- Turn screen the other way and remove two screws.

- Remove side covers.

- Slide screen bezel down and remove.

- Remove loose griefpad.

- Remove four large screws holding screen

- Slide screen down to reveal two ribbon cable connecters

- Using pull tab provided, disconnect screen from small connector.

- Turn large connector cover up, and with provided pull tab, remove connector.

- Remove screen

- Remove four screws holding hinge to base

- Remove screws on main board cover

- Remove screws on metal plate on main board

- Remove screws on main board

- Unscrew and remove green plastic bits on keyboard assembly

To reassemble, just reverse the procedure above.
