10. Make a list of some local Non Governmental Organizations. Wouldn't it make a lot of sense to ask them if they would allow you to use their infrastructure, secretarial staff, shared printers, phone, internet, eating space, network, credibility, access to finance and grant-forms to set up an OLPC department?
