We've been doing:

1. teacher training
2. providing teacher requested content
3. running the intro classes
4. meeting with the ministry of education: what policies, how are they going to continue, deal with remote islands, what happens when things go wrong, ...
5. dealing with remoteness: meaning an island that takes a boat, 1 day trip, and boats going only once every 3 weeks. E.g. real world: 5 of such islands have half of the laptops. The other half are in 3 schools in the capital.
