Jam

• $2000 food ($20/person/day x 50 people x 2 days)
• $500 snacks and drinks for judges (~50 young judges + families + press)
• $150 office supplies (easel pads, whiteboard markers, nametags)
• $200 for the Jam in a box kit (case + padding, thumb drives) - reusable!

Travel

• $450 round-trip bus fare to NYC ($30 per person, round-trip Fung Wah x 15 people)
• $1050 housing scholarships ($35/night at NYC hostels x 10 people x 3 nights)
