fixing templates

Yes, I know... haven't had time to really look into this page and its cohort of templates and indirections... sorry. I tried to detect any obvious typos, but no luck there. Also, I think it suffers from a similar feature I encountered in the {{deprecated}} (whose intent by not closing the "div" was to have the remaining of the page red/pinkish)... could be missing something, and I remember reading then something about enabling or disabling some "tidyhtml" variable or something like that (can't find it back now)...
