Usage
Used in the user pages by members of the volunteer support-gang to show that you respond to help at laptop dot org emails. Has two (unnamed) parameters:
- the nickname (usually) used by the user in the #olpc-help IRC live chat
- OPTIONAL — topics of expertise/specialization/interest
