I'm allowed to have three things on this list for each day, and they all have to get done.

Friday

1. Get a demo laptop (hopefully my laptop) for Wikimania up, running, populated with activities, and talk to the developers to find out what cool stuff we can show off. Make sure we have 5 demo laptops headed off to Wikimania.
2. Check that I have sufficient Trac and dev permissions and skillz/knowledge to hack the library on dev. (ping Lauren)
3. Make some sample packages in Mandarin (and load them to the demo laptop, and a USB key).

Saturday

1. Discussion/document: What makes a good OLPC project? (w/ SJ & hopefully Eben, then send to developers)
2. Discussion/document: How do I start an OLPC project? (w/ SJ, then try making one to test...?)
3. Make sure Summer of Content stuff is ready to roll, on a semi-automated basis, while we're at Wikimania.

Sunday

1. Get on the plane to Taipei. (Involves packing, trains, and all sorts of good prep stuff.)
2. Catch up on reading, thinking, sleep.
3. Go through either SJ's contacts, or my own.
