I have purchased a laptop on E-Bay for my grand kids. It was working fine the first day, I let them take it home and the 4 year old did something but it will not boot up completely. It turns on and the music at the beginning plays then the "X" appears and it does not do anything else. So I started playing around and I got it to do a self test but it went through all the different things, sound, color, record etc. and everything said Okay then shut off.
