thoughts on bundle metadata and required files

see bundle_metadata, and comment. Not all of the specfile headers are included in the core info fields yet; feel free to add those you desperately need and don't want to see split out into other dedicated required files. --Sj leave me a message 15:00, 26 January 2008 (EST)
