skin upgrade

- Update: the link colors are annoying some users -- talk / article pages should be more visibly empty when there is no content there (red perhaps to match inline redlinks). Followed links in the wikitext should also be more clearly distinguished from unfollowed links. This should be different in both color and in hue, so that it works in B/W mode on the displays...
- The whole skin should be modified to look good on an XO in B/W mode -- when using pastels or other light and similar-hue colors, be aware that they may look like white or like one another when in B/W. Can you suggest better colors? I can update any changed files in the skin. Sj talk 18:06, 2 August 2007 (EDT)
