Pertinents links

Pertinents links, Free Software and Free textbooks in ecology for kids. (Constructivist or socioconstructivist approach)

The Green Squad : Kid's taking action for greener, healthier schools. In English and Spanish (from USA)

Le Monde de Darwin The study of an animal of the pupils or students's ecosystem. In French only (from Canada)

I moved the above content back to the main page and marked it as a stub. I personally think that links and resources should be in the main article page, the talk/discussion is just for that: 'arguing' the pro-cons or different PoV... :) --Xavi 07:19, 24 January 2007 (EST)

Table of contents

Are you suggestions for the Table of contents?--Zyacat 22 :33, 11 February 2007 (OUEST)

Not sure what you mean, but TOCs are automatically generated by the wiki when there are 3 sections or more (iirc). As for my above comment on main page and discussion, my suggestion was to have content in the main page, and this kind of exchange here... just that :) --Xavi 11:01, 12 February 2007 (EST)

Language

Can you write me where I'm found a list of country (and their language) in Olpc programm ? --Zyacat 23 :22, 11 February 2007 (OUEST)

You should take a look at OLPC_world_map, Category:Countries, Countries. Also Languages. If that's not what you are looking for, you could also try the search box on the left, or a Google search limited to .laptop.org domain. --Xavi 11:01, 12 February 2007 (EST)

Proposal

My idea is that the presentation form of Ecology content is a portal and not an article. For comparaison, this is (for Ecology) article of Ecology in Wikipedia and the Ecology Portal in Wikipedia both. Why ? Because a portal is more attractive, resume informations and can be actualized. (Two portals : one for children and one for teachers and parents). We could put video and audio in portal for the laptops. The children could explore, explore and learn with a portal and they actualize ressources and news in the portal.--Zyacat 23 :22, 11 February 2007 (OUEST)

My other idea is to create a portal for Environment and ERE (Environmental Relationship Education) and articles for subtopic area as Ecology.

My suggestion—and it's a personal PoV—would be to have ideas on how to teach the subject, resources (websites, organizations, etc) for doing so, and such. So yes, a more 'portal' like structure would seem the way to go (again, personal PoV :) --Xavi 11:01, 12 February 2007 (EST)
