I noticed that the [https://dev.laptop.org/translate/ay/ Pootle Aymara project] uses the ISO 639-1 2-letter code (ay). Is that level of granularity enough or will it be necessary drill down to the three-letter code ISO 639-2 level (aym) or ISO 639-3 level [[http://www.ethnologue.com/show_family.asp?subid=90758 ayr, ayc, etc.]]? You might want to add Aymara to the table on the [[Pootle]] page. [[User:Cjl|Cjl]] 19:08, 16 April 2008 (EDT) |

I noticed that the Pootle Aymara project uses the ISO 639-1 2-letter code (ay). Is that level of granularity enough or will it be necessary drill down to the three-letter code ISO 639-2 level (aym) or ISO 639-3 level [ayr, ayc, etc.]? You might want to add Aymara to the table on the Pootle page. Cjl 19:08, 16 April 2008 (EDT)
