Pilot in a Box

We've got laptops here... now what?

Challenge: 2 luggages. 50 pounds max apiece; 62 linear inches. 40 kids, 1 teacher, 1 XO per child. What else?

Scout team (Mel, Ankur, Chris, Tank, etc) BUYING STUFF IN NEW YORK RUNNING AROUND HURRAH
Houston team staying on-base, working with Ardurino, phoning in purchase requests (Seth, Nikki, David, Dan, etc)
