This page lists relevant educational contacts in each of our "green" countries (Argentina, Brazil, Ethiopia, India, Libya, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Romania, Russia, Rwanda, Thailand, United States, Uruguay), those with which we have formal or informal arrangements.
