Apart from what used to be the Somali republic, which is now under different administrations, such as Somaliland admin, Puntland admin, Banadir admin, Somalis live in parts of KENYA and ETHIOPIA. Even Djibouti speaks Somali language along with some other languages. Somali language is written from mid 1970s and is used in higher educations. It is written in Latin and has some 21 consonants and 5 vowels
