This page seems to overlap with Startup diagnosis. Neither pages are referenced from the Deployment Guide. This page seems to make assumptions and jump to conclusions quite rapidly about the nature of the problem. A suggested diagnosis script for validating some of those assumptions along with a suggestion about how to proceed is provided at Talk:Startup diagnosis. -- Mark.Burnett 07:40, 19 September 2010 (UTC)

When I start it up, it goes to the main screen, you know, with the XO icon and the circle around it, and I can see the network if I go to the network screen, but the Journal never starts up, and when I try to start an application, it fades in and out as though it's loading, but it never loads, it just keeps flashing. Help please?

Updating this page

This page seems to overlap with Startup diagnosis. Neither pages are referenced from the Deployment Guide. This page seems to make assumptions and jump to conclusions quite rapidly about the nature of the problem. A suggested diagnosis script for validating some of those assumptions along with a suggestion about how to proceed is provided at Talk:Startup diagnosis. -- Mark.Burnett 07:40, 19 September 2010 (UTC)
