Overview
This is a page discussing Argentine instruments that will be included in the TamTam soundbank.
Lacking any real knowledge about music, the following links may help decide upon which are more relevant and locally used:
- www.etnohistoria.com.ar has some ilustrations and sound samples
- www.elfolkloreargentino.com has a nice overview, descriptions, name variations, etc.
- www.universia.net has a very nice index of musical resources, including many links to museums and other sites about music (not just argentinean). Probably a good starting point to find lots of info.
