Usability
How will typing be solved (physical keyboard is missing)?--Kozuch 10:21, 12 January 2012 (UTC)
- In the same way as on other tablets - with a software keyboard. This is still in development. Unlike some other tablets on the market, there is also a USB port if you want to connect a hardware keyboard. — Sridhar 10:27, 12 January 2012 (UTC)
Names vs Versions
Current Official Name "XO 3.0" ?
- If so then please make a new page on this wiki to reduce future confusion with the earlier mockups :)
- I can assure you that the official name is XO-3, just like the first XO was XO-1. We never intend to design a second. And the ID will change further between now and production. Products change as they go through the development phases. The original mockups were just that, ideal products. Likewise, the A1 mockups shown at CES, while functional from a hardware point of view, can't be mass produced, and need design modifications to make the industrial designers happy and meet drop testing. The XO-1 went through the same progression. --Wad 02:34, 18 January 2012 (UTC)
- Thanx for the clarification. --Chief Mike 18:15, 18 January 2012 (UTC)

Also I've made a labled(GIMP'd) picture from the press reliese photo(the 4-pane version@gizmodo among others) showing the Solarpanel contacts & optional rear camera but haven't uploaded it yet to wikimedia.commons due to copyright concerns.
