Intro
- If you phone, they tell you you first have to send an email, if you email, they'll tell you they haven't received anything and you should have phoned first. :) Just don't worry. Phone them first.
- A standard email/ a pamphlet is never perfect for everybody: it will always have too much info according to some and to little to others, too many pics, too much text. Just try to find a common passe-partout that will satisfy most and prepare/accept criticism which you refer mostly to the dustbin.
