Literacy
Math
[http://www.ed.gov/pubs/parents/Math/mathhome.html http://www.ed.gov/pubs/parents/Math/funmath.html] - Some simple math exercises geared toward parents trying to informally teach their youngish children. (US gov)
http://nces.ed.gov/nceskids/graphing/classic/index.asp - an online graphing tool (for kids?). Can be used to make any sort of graph I gather, some of the descriptions at page top may be culturally specific. (US Gov)
Health
The milk matters campaign! (Some decent kids materials, re: calcium, brushing teeth.) [1]
Great Images
- Actually this is part of a collection of several CD's published by educ.ar that (afaik) holds the copyrights... I tried to determine the actual license but didn't find any.
Other
http://www.free.ed.gov/ - Federal Resources for Educational Excellence. Primarily a portal to free educational resources, often to US Gov't sites (which are free license).
http://www.ed.gov/parents/academic/help/hyc.html - The helping your child series, from the US Dept. of Ed. Its good stuff, though directed to adults instead of kids. Still, easy enough to understand, and fun enough to include?
http://teams.lacoe.edu - almost certainly free, electronic classrooms from Los Angeles Country Dept. of Ed. Good stuff. Direct link to the classrooms.<http://teams.lacoe.edu/documentation/classrooms/classrooms.html>
http://teacher.scholastic.com/activities/index_grades35.htm - Scholastic (not free), however we're in talks to receive some of their content.
http://www.teachingideas.co.uk/ - Decent site, lots of (primarily lesson plans) with what appear to be an excellent collection of activities. (by NC license).

Multiple areas
- This is a CD titled "Activities with Free Software" (Actividades con Software Libre) with subjects ranging mathematics, language, drawing and transportation/road-sign codes.
