School Servers

I think... Activating educators should be with setting School Servers. That is,

• Each school writes local contents such as cultural heritage of the land, natures, neighbors' lives, etc.
• Each school writes A Part of Academic Field, such as School A is working on English Grammar, especially To-V, V-ing, V-en parts...

So, each school and educators in the schools are participating two kinds of content authoring.

1. local
2. A part of Universal

So, it's quite clear. We should organize hundreds of thousands of school servers under Standard Classification of Academic Fields. Then, where is that standard???
