travel arrangements from boston to chicago done (housing, gas, funding, parking, more)

worked with ilxo on prereq bundles (2 down 1 to go) in retrospect, I didn't need to do this, strictly speaking - but happened to be in the best position to help them at that time.
Got van for ILXO. Another big thing out of the way. this took most of the morning.
