These are tests for the builds, materials on them, networks, school servers, and any global synchronization.
User Stories Testing
User Stories are meant to provide a narrative description of how the OLPC products will be used in schools and homes. These stories provide the basis for Use Case or System Tests that will help ensure we have prioritized and documented the most important uses of our products in the field.
High level topics for User Stories can be divided into a few major categories:

Regular processes
International Laptops
Actions
- Update laptop to the latest build
- Open and close all the main activities
- Try a few things to make sure the activity if functioning in some capacity
- Specifically, Make sure that the sound in TamTam works
- Check Characters
- Open the developer's console and go to the terminal window.
- Type each character (lower-case and upper-case in both English and the language of the laptop)
- Check default of Write
- Exit the developers console and open Write
- Type a few characters
Verify
- Sugar boots successfully
- Each activity loads and seems to be functioning correctly
- TamTam sound works (specifically on Spanish laptops)
- Each character typed matches the character that appears in the developer's console
- The default font in Write matches the language of the laptop.
