I'm happy to read the [[European Union]] ([[EU]]), [[Denmark]], [[Finland]] and [[Norway]] found about a billion so all kids in NEPAL could have an XO. I'm not quite sure how the EU PIIGS - [[Portugal]], [[Italy]], [[Ireland]], [[Greece]], [[Spain]] parents with school going kids welcome this news.
